REFUND POLICY

At Bulls & Beyond, we aim to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to cancel your participation or request a refund. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for our event.

Refunds for event tickets are subject to certain conditions. Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the event will qualify for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 15 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund.

If you do not attend the event and fail to cancel within the eligible time frame, no refund will be issued. In the case of event postponement, tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date. Refunds in such cases will only be issued if you are unable to attend the rescheduled event and notify us within seven days of the announcement. If the event is canceled, you will receive a full refund within 10 to 15 business days.

Tickets are transferable to another individual if you are unable to attend. Notification of such a transfer must be made at least seven days prior to the event, along with the new attendee's details.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@bullsandbeyond.com. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and it may take seven to ten business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Merchandise purchased in relation to the event is non-refundable once shipped. Additionally, any supplementary services or upgrades such as VIP access or add-ons are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
